La contribution des vignobles Teurons et Cent Vignes apporte une structure et une profondeur à cette cuvée, tandis que les Bressandes contribuent aux arômes et aux saveurs de fruits mélangés. Plus musclé que certains de ses pairs, ce vin gagnera à être gardé en cave.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasting notes by Jeannie Cho Lee MW</strong></p><p>This cuvée shows impressive density with dark red berry fruits and earthy undertones. The contribution from Teurons and Cent Vignes vineyards brings serious structure and depth to this cuvée while the Bressandes contributes to the aromatics and mixed berry flavours. More muscular than some of its peers, this wine will reward cellaring. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description de la Cuvée</strong></p><p>Les origines de la famille Brunet remontent au début du XVIIe siècle. Cinq de ses membres furent Maires de Beaune et plusieurs d'entre eux figurent au tableau d'honneur de la ville.</p><p><br></p><p>Cette Cuvée est composée des Climats Bressandes, Teurons et Cent Vignes. Chaque terroir apporte une identité forte : les Cent Vignes avec ses argiles profondes signe la structure, les Bressandes l'équilibre et la finesse (argiles plus calcaires, plus légères) et les Teurons la salinité (marnes rocheuses assez proches de la surface). C'est un vin souvent charpenté en attaque mais qui évolue sur la finesse sur le milieu et la fin de bouche.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Cuvée description</strong></p><p>The origins of the Brunet family go back to the beginning of the 17th Century. Five of its members were Mayors of Beaune and several of them appear on the town's Roll of Honor.</p><p><br></p><p>This Cuvée is composed of the Climats Bressandes, Teurons and Cent Vignes. Each terroir brings a strong identity. The Cent Vignes with its deep clays composes the structure, the Bressandes the balance and the finesse (more calcareous clays, lighter) and the Teurons the salinity (rocky marls rather close to the surface).
